We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical issues using various data analysis tools.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of IT experience with a strong background in diagnosis and troubleshooting. They should also possess good communication and customer handling skills, as well as knowledge of SQL skills, Power BI, Tableau, and other related tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues using SQL skills, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of cloud platforms, including Google Cloud Platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of IT experience with good exposure into diagnosis and troubleshooting the complex issues.
- Good communication and customer handling skills with good knowledge into SQL skills, Power BI, Tableau.
- Monitoring and Logging and SQL Skills.
Certification: Google ACE, Data Engineer or equivalent certification.
