Expert Identity Specialist

At the heart of our team, we need a skilled Identity Management Expert to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients.
- Develop and configure identity solutions to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Design and implement lifecycle management processes for identities using advanced technologies.
- Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials.
- Stay updated with the latest industry features and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience working in Identity-IGA Domain with minimum 2 years of experience in advanced identity platforms.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience in working with cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Industry certification(s) preferred.
