CX Leader

**Job Title:** Practice Head New Age CX

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead our Consumer Experience (CX) team in new age clients. As a Practice Head, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying opportunities, and creating innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategies to grow the Consumer Experience practice across new age clients

* Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices

* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs

* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing and sales strategies

Requirements:

* 15+ years of experience in Consumer Experience, with at least 3 years working with multiple new age customers

* Excellent knowledge of AI, Agentic AI, Chat bots, and other transformation solutions in the CX space

* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems
