**Job Summary**: A Cybersecurity Professional plays a vital role in an organization's security by monitoring, detecting, and responding to potential threats.

A key responsibility is working as the first line of defense against cyberattacks, identifying and mitigating security incidents that could impact data integrity, availability, and confidentiality.

  • Demonstrate expertise in audit methodologies and guide colleagues on best practices.
  • Obtain relevant certifications such as ISO LA, CISA, CISSP, and AWS CCP.
  • Successfully lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Understand and articulate the principles of security service lines and their leaders.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SOC 1 guidelines and each Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy SOC 2 criterion.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Principal Service Commitments and System Requirements, impacting the scope of a SOC 2 report.
  • Know all four report opinion outcomes and draft modified opinions based on findings.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify potential exceptions yielding qualified opinions.
  • Practice self-organization, proactively plan for future projects, and prepare accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry developments through regular reviews and apply concepts effectively.
