Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging social media strategies that connect with our audience.

This role requires a creative thinker who can blend aesthetics with analytics, develop high-quality content, and engage with our community through comments and interactive stories.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices, as well as strong content writing and visual storytelling skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Create and curate high-quality content using graphics, reels, carousels, stories, and written posts
  • Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and interactive stories
  • Track and analyze key metrics and provide performance reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and content teams to keep content aligned with our brand's message
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (internships/freelance included)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Creative thinker with strong content writing and visual storytelling skills
  • Comfortable with design tools like Canva
  • Aware of emerging trends, meme culture, and viral formats
