Data Insights Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Data Insights Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering actionable insights and data-driven solutions to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
  2. Perform advanced data analysis and visualization to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  3. Develop and maintain data pipelines and queries using SQL and Python.
  4. Apply data science techniques such as predictive modeling, classification, clustering, and regression to solve business problems and uncover opportunities for growth.
  5. Perform feature engineering and data preprocessing to prepare datasets for machine learning workflows.
  6. Build, validate, and tune machine learning models using tools such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
  7. Deploy models into production environments and monitor their performance over time, ensuring they deliver consistent value.
Requirements
  • Professional certifications in data analytics and related fields (Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, SnowPro Core Certification, etc.).
  • Strong technical expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and R.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and AWS Glue.
  • Hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

  • Balances project timelines with delivery priorities and business needs.
  • Makes informed decisions on technical design, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
  • Evaluates project outcomes and identifies opportunities for process improvement.
  • Encourages experimentation while maintaining delivery discipline and governance.

This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change.
