3D Visualizer Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D visualizer to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will have strong visualization skills, the ability to translate concepts into photorealistic 3D renders, and a keen eye for aesthetics, materials, and lighting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs for interior projects, developing conceptual and detailed 3D models from design briefs, sketches, and CAD drawings, applying realistic textures, materials, and lighting to achieve photorealistic outputs, collaborating with interior designers and architects to ensure design intent is accurately translated, preparing and presenting design visualizations for client meetings and project pitches, maintaining an organized library of 3D assets, materials, and textures, and staying updated with industry trends, software updates, and rendering techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for interior projects.
  • Develop conceptual and detailed 3D models from design briefs, sketches, and CAD drawings.
  • Apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting to achieve photorealistic outputs.
  • Collaborate with interior designers and architects to ensure design intent is accurately translated.
  • Prepare and present design visualizations for client meetings and project pitches.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field.
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, and Photoshop (knowledge of Unreal Engine/Blender/Enscape is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
  • Ability to produce photorealistic renders within deadlines.
  • Good sense of aesthetics, composition, and detail orientation.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
