About the Role

We seek an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in enabling data-driven decisions across the business, turning data into insights that shape product direction, customer success, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Data Pipelines: Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using Python to support data ingestion, transformation, and integration from multiple sources.
• A/B Testing Infrastructure: Develop and maintain A/B testing frameworks, track key metrics, and analyze experiment results to inform product strategies.
• Product Strategy and Development: Work closely with the product team to develop and drive product strategy and new feature development.
• Commercial Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, sales, and marketing, to support commercial strategies with data solutions.
• Customer and Operational Data Analysis: Analyze customer and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
• Dashboard and Report Development: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to present insights to stakeholders.
• SQL Query Optimization: Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and support decision-making processes.
• Data Integrity and Quality: Ensure data integrity and quality through regular audits, validations, and monitoring.
• Metrics and KPIs: Assist in the development of metrics and KPIs to measure the success of business initiatives.
• Commercial Team Collaboration: Partner with commercial teams to analyze performance data and support customer-facing initiatives.
• AI Model Improvement: Data analysis and curation to improve AI models.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in building ETL workflows and data processing scripts.
• Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and database modeling.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and ability to analyze experiment results.
• Solid understanding of Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data storage solutions (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders, which may include customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Comfortable multitasking across various roles and working independently.
