Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping organisations uncover enterprise insights and drive business results using smarter data analytics.

Using our Rapid Business Intelligence Solutions, we can deliver agile, highly interactive reporting and analytics that help our clients to more effectively run their business and understand what business questions can be answered and how to unlock the answers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in developing and managing Tableau dashboards, Prep Flows, and Tableau Admin Activities. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and effective communication abilities to deliver high-quality reporting and platform upgradation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be translated into actionable reports.
  • Ensure seamless data integration between various data sources and Tableau utilizing appropriate data connectors and ETL processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and business analysts to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective reporting solutions.
  • Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability, ensuring quick and efficient access to critical data.
  • Create intuitive and visually appealing data visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Tableau development and reporting.
  • Total experience: minimum of 8-9 years of experience in IT and Data Visualization.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and a strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on time.
