Senior Staff Engineer Role Summary">

We're seeking a senior staff engineer to spearhead the development and growth of our tax compliance product suite. This high-impact role demands innovative thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to shape digital solutions that simplify tax filing, reconciliation, and compliance workflows for businesses.

In this key position, you'll have the opportunity to lead a high-performing engineering team or work as a hands-on technical lead, driving the design and development of scalable backend services using Python. Your expertise in Django, FastAPI, Task Orchestration Systems, Jenkins, AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and security, observability, or compliance automation will be instrumental in architecting and managing infrastructure with a DevOps-first mindset.

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and compliance experts to deliver seamless tax compliance features for our users. With your deep understanding of software engineering principles, API development, performance optimization, testing, and event-driven architecture, you'll contribute significantly to shaping our company's technological landscape.
