Job Title: Management Trainee - Associate Product Consultant

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Client Services department as a Management Trainee - Associate Product Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients via phone and email, offering best practice tips to boost their meeting attendance using Cvent's marketing engine, gathering client requirements for future releases of the product, managing all product documentation, implementing and managing the online portion of client events as needed, communicating with clients and reviewing initial implementation with them, making required changes, and documenting all communication with clients in Cvent's CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients through phone and email interactions
  • Offer expert advice on best practices to improve client event outcomes
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to inform future product developments
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation
  • Coordinate and execute online aspects of client events as needed
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the event planning process
  • Document all client interactions within Cvent's CRM system
