Job Title: Senior PHP Application Architect

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced and skilled PHP Technical Lead to spearhead our team's software development projects in Pune, India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP and Laravel, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will work collaboratively with developers to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient software systems.

Mentorship is also an essential part of this role, as you'll guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure excellence in coding practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead software development projects from planning through deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver requirements on time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
  • 4-7 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on PHP and Laravel.
  • Frontend experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
  • Database knowledge: MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
