Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Business Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with vendors for payment, refund, and reconciliation processes.
  2. Maintain accurate records through the supplier reconciliation portal.
  3. Ensure timely receipt of vendor bills and approvals from clients.
  4. Generate weekly AP reports and manage vendor payments and allocations in the company's books.
  5. Review vendor reconciliations performed by Associates.
  6. Obtain W9 forms from vendors and prepare 1099 workpapers.
  7. Reconcile tax returns.
  8. Review sales entries on a weekly basis.
  9. Process sales tax and prompt tax working file preparation, as well as use tax calculations.
  10. Prepare CRT/TPT/8027 and other county tax returns.
  11. Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
  12. Respond promptly to emails within 48 hours.
  13. Deliver AP reports to clients on time.
  14. Meet internal month-end closing deadlines (financials).
  15. Provide training and support to new team members.
  16. Ensure adherence to internal processes and systems.
  17. Show willingness to learn new processes and take on additional roles as assigned.
  18. Attend internal training sessions for personal and professional growth.
