Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team for our category of Mayonnaise, Spreads & Condiments. As a Senior Executive/Assistant Category Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing roadmap, assisting in product development, conducting market research, and executing marketing plans.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the marketing roadmap and assist in product development aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct primary and secondary market research to inform product decisions.
  • Develop product concepts and work with cross-functional teams to bring them to life.
  • Execute marketing plans and improve processes to drive business results.
  • Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and agencies to ensure seamless execution.
  • Create briefs for packaging, creative, and digital projects.
  • Manage resources efficiently to maximize return on investment.
What We're Looking For:
  • A Postgraduate degree with minimum 4 years of working experience in Brand Management, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong functional marketing knowledge across brand communication, activation, consumer insights, and new product development.
  • A 'results-driven' mindset, innovative thinking, high initiative, and ownership.
  • Creativity, passion, flexibility, persistence, and effective communication skills.
