We are seeking a highly skilled Encompass Administrator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).

Key Responsibilities

  • As the primary administrator, you will be responsible for configuring user roles, security, and access controls within the Encompass LOS.
  • Manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports to ensure seamless system operations.
  • Partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality and deliver high-quality results.

System Maintenance & Upgrades

  • Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations to improve system efficiency.

Integration Management

  • Support and manage integrations with third-party systems, including loan servicing, document management, and core banking.
  • Ensure data integrity and security across platforms to protect sensitive information.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies to minimize risk.
  • Support audits and system usage reviews to maintain a secure and compliant environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Encompass Administrator is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations is essential.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements, such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA, is a plus.
  • ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly preferred.
