Product Development Manager

As a Product Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development of new products and optimization of existing formulations in regulated markets.
- Understand project scope, define activities and timelines, and ensure timely completion by leading cross-functional teams.
- Drive the execution/development of new formulations by investigating API characteristics and defining material characteristics.
- Identify resource requirements and assimilate literature information for project teams to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Develop R&D plans and experimental designs using QBD principles to optimize product performance.
- Plan and coordinate lab scale up/optimization and pilot BE batches to meet regulatory requirements.
- Review lab experiment notebooks and prepare technology transfer documents to ensure seamless knowledge sharing.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure timely project completion and effective communication.
- Program for product performance optimization by investigating API characteristics and implementing process improvements.
- Check stability protocols and monitor stability studies to ensure product quality and safety.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites:
- Master's degree in pharmacy (Pharmaceutics) or related field.
- Formulation development experience in Solid & Liquid Oral formulations, preferably including Pellets projects.
