We are seeking a Senior DFT Engineer to fill a key role in our organization.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will work on complex design for test (DFT) flows and methodologies across various industry segments. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise during design planning and execution
  • Implement DFT compression and automatic test generation for advanced fault models
  • Design built-in self-test circuitry for field testing of devices
  • Participate in customer design and flow reviews to ensure quality and compliance
  • Develop technical documentation on methodology and best practices
  • Offer support for customers utilizing Synopsys test automation tools
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field
  • A minimum of 5-12 years of relevant experience in DFT engineering
