Graphic Designer Position

Corporate Comrade Consultancy is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing high-quality visual content for various campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce creative assets for product packaging, promotional materials, social media, and presentations that appeal to children and parents.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, production, and sales teams to create cohesive and compelling content for various campaigns.
  • Develop and adapt assets for digital and print platforms while maintaining visual and branding consistency.
  • Ensure all packaging and marketing designs comply with regulatory standards relevant to food products for children.
  • Manage multiple design projects and coordinate deadlines effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with graphic design, children's media, and FMCG trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer (FMCG or food sector experience is highly preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product packaging, branding, and campaign work.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for food packaging and children's products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW); animation and video editing.
  • Understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and child-friendly design principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to conceptualize, adapt designs for various formats, and manage feedback constructively.
