Senior Information Security Specialist

This position is for a lead cyber security professional who will be part of the Security Operations Center (SOC) team. The objectives of the Security Department are to manage the strategy for all information security, technical standards, processes, and tools.
- Lead and manage all high-priority and critical security incidents, including end-to-end incident management.
- Support and guide junior team members in managing complex issues and incidents.
- Lead and engage in research and evaluation of security tools and technologies aligned with the security roadmap.
- Develop expertise in one or two key security technologies/tools globally and participate in the global SOC L3/Experts – Example Areas: Threat Hunting, Forensic Analysis, IPS, EDR, DLP, etc.
- Contribute to the risk detection management approach, consistent with the MITRE Matrix approach and other industry-standard approaches.
- Provide analysis support for complex investigations and improve reaction procedures/run book definitions/enhancements.
- Support analyses on cybersecurity technical plans, analysis approach, and incident management.
- Identify security tools and technologies to enhance security operations.
- Identify security gaps, develop mitigation strategies, implement, and track until closure.
- Collaborate with regional SOC and CERT teams on security aspects and incidents as required.
