Travel Consultant Agent Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Consultant Agent to join our team. As a Travel Consultant Agent, you will be responsible for managing and resolving issues related to ground transportation services.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. You will achieve this by communicating effectively with drivers and fleets, enforcing high service standards, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers, CS operations, sales, and other functions. Additionally, you will provide customer support and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the tourism and travel industry and has strong problem-solving skills. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve issues related to ground transportation services.
  • Enforce high service standards and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with suppliers, CS operations, sales, and other functions.
  • Provide customer support and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Cultivate a positive and professional attitude, adhering to company values and policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the tourism and travel sector, particularly in ground transportation (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a customer support representative or in a similar environment.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Able to accommodate a full-time schedule of 24/7 and 6 days a week.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Ready for a fast-paced work environment.
