#### Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced EDM machinist to program, set up, and operate EDM machines for precision metal parts and components at Ultra Corpotech Pvt Ltd.

#### Key Responsibilities:

  • Program EDM machines independently.
  • Set up and operate EDM machines.
  • Measure parts and monitor tolerances throughout production.
  • Troubleshoot and make machine adjustments as necessary.
  • Modify and write M code and G code programs directly on the EDM.
  • Maintain safe working operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Perform required preventive maintenance on wire EDM machines as needed.
  • Promote continuous improvement to quality and productivity within departments.
  • Utilize team work approach to achieve satisfactory results and promote a positive attitude.

#### Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience programming, set up, and operating EDM machines.
  • DME/ BE Mech or ITI qualification.
  • Ability to interpret complex blueprints and geometric principles.
  • Ability to use inspection equipment.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
