We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with extensive experience in industrial projects and data centers.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in master planning, design development, and construction administration.

Our team is looking for someone who can bring their knowledge of 3D platforms like Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion to create innovative architectural designs.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

  • Facilitate collaboration between architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present design options, cost estimates, and technical specifications to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • 12+ years of experience in architecture, with at least 4+ years in data center projects.
  • Excellent understanding of building information modeling (BIM) software.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
