About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Valuation Specialist to join our team in providing expert valuation services to clients across various industries.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with complex financial models and has a passion for delivering high-quality work products.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing deep technical strength in the valuation of alternative assets, including developing and reviewing valuation models and other financial models
  • Reviewing investment memoranda and governing documents of structured investments
  • Assisting clients with interviewing and gathering data and information pertinent to the engagement
  • Designing financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction, and option pricing analyses
  • Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of illiquid investments
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-3 years of valuation experience constructing and reviewing valuation models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
