A Spark Expert is required to drive business growth through innovative data processing and analysis. This role will focus on delivering scalable solutions using Apache Spark, ensuring high performance and reliability in a complex distributed computing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement large-scale data processing pipelines using Spark Core and Advanced libraries
  • Design and optimize Spark workflows for efficient resource utilization and minimal latency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Spark-based solutions with existing infrastructure and external interfaces like Kafka and S3
  • Analyze system performance metrics and logs using tools like Prometheus and Grafana to identify areas for improvement
Required Skills:
  • Spark: Extensive knowledge of Spark Core and Advanced libraries, including Spark SQL, DataFrames, and Streaming
  • Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python programming language and its application in Spark-based projects
  • Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud-based platforms like Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
