Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Privileged Access Management Business Analyst (BA). As a key member of our Security Technology Organization, you will play a critical role in the delivery of several high-visibility projects, ensuring the reliability and security of user identity data within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Developing a comprehensive PAM governance charter aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices;
- Defining and implementing policies, procedures, and standards for managing privileged access across the enterprise;
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to the PAM team in the implementation and maintenance of PAM solutions;
- Identifying and assessing risks related to privileged access and developing risk mitigation strategies;
- Conducting regular risk assessments of PAM processes and controls;
- Evaluating the compliance of PAM practices and controls with relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001);
- Developing training programs and materials to educate employees and stakeholders on PAM principles;
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PAM governance processes, controls, and technologies;
- Serving as a subject matter expert on PAM governance matters, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams;
- Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of PAM governance efforts;
- Preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting PAM governance activities, challenges, and achievements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a BA position working on complex projects with multiple cross-functional teams;
- Proven experience in identity governance, administration, and Privileged Access Management (PAM);
- Familiarity with identity management tools and systems;
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices;
- Experience using Visio and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
