The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain a system of operation that aligns with business objectives, driving efficiency and ensuring compliance.
Main Responsibilities- Establish Business Standards: Develop and maintain standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability to ensure seamless execution and adaptability.
- Daily Function Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely completion and continuous improvement of processes.
- Performance Review and Process Evaluation: Prepare annual performance reviews and reevaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and industry rules and regulations.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in operations or management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expertise in tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement changes to drive business growth.
