Relationship Manager

This role is responsible for managing customer relationships and driving business growth through sales, marketing, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services to existing customers.
- New Business Development: Proactively engage with new clients to increase business volume and wallet share.
- Client Engagement: Maintain consistent portfolio quality through regular client engagement and ensure service satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, or marketing.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
