Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned leader to establish and grow our Automotive Semiconductor Practice from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve zero-to-one build by blending deep expertise in automotive embedded systems with semiconductor platforms experience.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive technical depth, ownership, and high-performing engineering team growth.
- Strong background in Automotive Embedded Middleware: AUTOSAR (Classic & Adaptive), Open Source stacks, Board Support Packages (BSP), Operating Systems (RTOS, Linux, Android Auto)
- Embedded software development and integration, exposure to semiconductor MCUs and SoCs: Qualcomm, TI, NXP, Infineon
- System architecture, firmware, and validation workflows
- Bridge embedded software and silicon-level engineering for automotive-grade solutions
- Connectivity and mobility expertise in the Automotive and semi-conductors domains, specialized knowledge in embedded software, firmware, middleware, SOC software enablement, and automation
