Job Title: Automation Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automation Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Automation Engine (AE) infrastructure, including version upgrades, agent deployments, and designing complex job workflows across multiple environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Automic tools, scripting, and troubleshooting, as well as the ability to optimize performance and ensure smooth batch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance the AE infrastructure, including version upgrades and agent deployments.
  • Design and implement complex job workflows across multiple environments.
  • Optimize job performance by improving resource utilization and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage Oracle Retail batch jobs, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver automation solutions.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in Automic tools, scripting, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Middleware and Oracle Retail applications.
  • Experience working in complex matrix environments with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
