We're looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing interaction, thought process, and UX design skills.

In this role, you'll create empathetic product UX via pragmatic storytelling, detailed flow mapping, interactive prototyping, and usability testing.

You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, experience, and visuals.

Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing, communicating, and pitching ideas; creating quick sketches, comprehensive wire-frames, rich visuals, and interactive prototypes; and documenting the user experience through mockups, design specs, and prototype demos.

You must possess good knowledge of interaction design principles, user-centered design processes, typography, layout, composition, information architecture, color theory, fluid grid systems, animation, and transitions.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design or a related field is required, along with proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

Key qualifications include hands-on experience in working with Design systems, creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and empathy for end-users.

As a Senior UX Designer, you'll drive design quality, usability, and accessibility standards, while collaborating with product leadership, development managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve desired results.
