VFX Mentor Job Opportunity

Are you a highly skilled and experienced VFX Supervisor looking to mentor and direct artists in the field of Visual Effects? We are a rapidly growing studio based in Indonesia, specializing in providing top-notch VFX services for Japanese films.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in Hollywood film productions and provide Houdini Software Training from basic to advanced levels. You will be responsible for teaching our artists effective Lookdev techniques to achieve convincing results for clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Film and Advertising needs.
    • Focus on RBD Fracture Simulation, Cloth Simulation, Water Simulation, Fire Simulation, Crowd Simulation, Grain Simulation, and Plant Instance Simulation.
    • Provide guidance and feedback to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must-Haves:
    • Previous experience as a VFX Supervisor for film, animation, or TV series.
    • In-depth knowledge of compositing principles (Nuke preferred).
    • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Houdini.
    • Solid understanding of 3D modeling, lighting, and rendering techniques in Maya or Houdini.
