Lead Salon Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled salon professional to take charge of our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a leader who can motivate and direct staff to deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and maintain high grooming standards.

• Operations Management: Oversee the smooth workflow of the salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Staff Supervision: Motivate and supervise salon staff to meet their goals, develop their skills, and improve their performance.
• Client Service Excellence: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring that clients leave the salon feeling valued and satisfied.
• Hygiene and Safety: Ensure that the salon maintains the highest levels of hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Training and Development: Support the training and development of salon staff, helping them to improve their skills and advance their careers.

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in salon operations management is required.
• Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role. Fluency in English is required, with Hindi and Malayalam being an added advantage.
