About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity that requires strong technical and functional skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. You will work closely with our team to deliver projects/change requests on time, to budget, and with the right quality.

Main Responsibilities

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • \
  • Designing and developing technical/configuring solutions for all Change Requests across GCSS for Oracle Financials modules;\
  • Managing incident tickets raised for PRODUCTION issues, meeting SLAs in Oracle Financials modules, including incident triage and resolution;\
  • Working in a global DevOps environment, delivering Change Requests (CR) and resolution of PRODUCTION incidents concurrently;\
  • Providing peer approval for UAT and PRODUCTION deployment for CRs delivered by the delivery team;\
  • FOLLOWING GLOBAL PROCESSES FOR INCIDENT TRIAGE AND RESOLUTION (I.E. FOLLOW-THE-SUN MODEL). \

Key Skills and Qualifications

\

To be successful in this role, you will need:

\
  • \
  • A degree preferably in Computer Science/Software Engineering or MIS;\
  • Cloud-Functional (Procurement and SCM) and Cloud-technical: BIP, OTBI, OIC, FBDI, Apex and VBCS;\
  • Oracle Applications R12 development experience; more than 8 years of experience in Oracle Financials;\
  • Solid understanding of statutory and regulatory reporting and process requirements;\
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Application Framework – OAF;\
  • Oracle Forms, Reports and BI Publisher tool experience;\
  • Oracle Workflow design and development experience;\
  • Knowledge in Java, J2EE, WebLogic, HTML, JavaScript;\
  • ODI and Oracle Approvals Management (AME);\
  • Configure WebADI Data loader tool experience;\
  • Oracle Alerts;\
  • Well-versed in Oracle AOL functionalities;\
  • Unix Shell scripting experience;\
  • Experience using version control and code promotion tools (BitBucket, Jenkins);\
  • Experience of using incident and change tracking software (ServiceNow);\
  • 8 years of IT development experience on large Oracle ERP implementations or Support environments;\
  • Ability to handle conflicting priorities;\
  • Proven experience in Service and Delivery of Oracle ERP implementations;\
  • Excellent analytical skills;\
  • Team player with abilities to work in complex cross-functional and geographically diverse teams;\
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;\
  • Fluent in English.\

The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
