Campaign Developer Job Description">

Responsibilities:

  • Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of email platforms and the ability to hand-code HTML files optimized for email.
  • They should be responsive and fluid in converting Photoshop documents to HTML optimized for email, as well as executing simple image editing on provided PSDs.
  • The successful candidate will work with pre-existing or client-provided HTML files, making suggestions and updates for coding improvements to enhance rendering across a wide range of email clients.
  • They will integrate email content into email platforms for campaign deployment, including CAN-SPAM requirements.
  • Coordination with account teams and clients is essential for fulfilling email content creation and change requests.
  • Our Campaign Developer will consult and troubleshoot on HTML/text mailings, dynamic content personalization, and URL issues.
  • Conducting content quality assurance checks ensures that mailings meet client expectations.
  • The role requires recognizing opportunities for coding efficiencies, such as templates and wireframes.
  • Integrating 3rd party solutions into email content and maintaining internal reference documentation are also key responsibilities.
  • Static landing page creation and code & creative reviews are necessary to optimize emails.
  • Following code & QA best practices is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree (BTECH) or Masters (MBA)
  • 1 – 4 years of email or web development experience
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS for email
  • Intermediate knowledge of responsive & fluid code optimized for email
  • Basic knowledge of XML
  • Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated communication skills
