As part of our rapid expansion across Southeast Asia we are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to help us scale digital performance across multiple markets.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can plan launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search Display YouTube and Performance Max

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of direct experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns and a strong understanding of audience targeting bidding strategies A/B testing and performance optimization

They will also be proficient in GA4 Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup and have experience working in Southeast Asian markets

We offer a competitive salary of $7,000 - $10,000 per month depending on experience remote flexibility and the opportunity to work with one of Asia's fastest-growing retail brands

Full autonomy to lead paid media strategy in multiple countries

Responsibilities:
  • Plan launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search Display YouTube and Performance Max
  • Manage and scale advertising budgets ranging from $50,000 to $300,000+ per month
  • Monitor campaign performance and conversions using GA4 Google Tag Manager and in-platform tools
  • Analyze data identify trends and continuously improve ROAS and CPA
  • Collaborate with local eCommerce content and creative teams to align messaging with business goals
  • Build and manage multi-market media strategies tailored to local behaviors and insights

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of direct experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns
  • Demonstrated success managing budgets over $100,000/month
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting bidding strategies A/B testing and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with GA4 Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup
  • Experience in Southeast Asian markets (SG MY TH ID) is a strong plus
