Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and validate vehicle dynamics models for ride, handling, and stability analysis">
  • Conduct multi-body simulations using tools like Adams, CarSim, MATLAB/Simulink, or IPG CarMaker">
  • Tune suspension geometry, damping, and steering characteristics to optimize handling and comfort">
  • Perform track and lab testing to collect and analyze vehicle dynamics data">
  • Work on tire modeling and performance analysis to optimize grip and wear characteristics">
  • Support the development of chassis control systems (ESC, ABS, traction control, active damping, torque vectoring, etc.)">
  • Collaborate with powertrain, aerodynamics, and control system teams to ensure dynamic performance targets are met">
  • Benchmark competitor vehicles and propose improvements">
