Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead the development of artificial intelligence initiatives to improve patient health and wellness.
  • Work closely with business leaders and customers to understand their pain points and build tailored solutions.
  • Define technical architectures to productize machine-learning algorithms and take them to market through strategic partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field (Ph.D. preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in Data Science, with a strong background in Python and enterprise application development.
  • Expertise in classical and new-age NLP techniques, including transformer architecture and fine-tuning.
  • Understanding of LLM tuning techniques like PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA.
  • Experience with GenAI tools and techniques, including RAG, VectorDBs, and Agentic AI fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in at least one of LangChain or Crew.AI.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, PyTorch, and HuggingFace transformers.
  • Experience with ML platforms, Databricks, Azure ML, or Sagemaker.
