We are seeking a seasoned Oracle SCM professional to join our team as a Functional Consultant. This role requires expertise in leading business analysis, requirements gathering, and scope definition with non-technical stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in translating business objectives into functional requirements and technical action items. Experience in configuring Oracle SCM applications for Inventory, Product Data Management, Demand & Supply Planning, Shipping, and Transportation Management is also essential.

A key aspect of this role is conducting functional analysis, application gap analysis, and preparing design documentation. The ability to support business users by clarifying requirements for project teams and developers is crucial. Additionally, the candidate should be able to validate user requests against system capabilities and data structures.

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and at least 8 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager. Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Application functionality, deep knowledge of supply chain processes, and proficiency in SQL queries and SDLC methodologies are required.

Apart from these skills, excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are necessary. Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines is also desired.
