Job Title: Procurement Manager

Department: Supply Chain / Procurement

The Procurement Manager will source, negotiate, and procure raw materials, bought-outs, and project-specific items. They will develop and manage vendor relationships; ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and procurement of high-quality raw materials and goods-in-time.
  • Negotiation with vendors to secure competitive prices and improve purchase cost efficiency.
  • Maintenance of strong relationships with suppliers and monitoring their performance.
  • Implementation and monitoring of purchase KPIs such as lead time, delivery adherence, and price variance.

Required Skills:

  • Strong negotiation, documentation, and communication skills.
  • High accountability and discipline in managing vendor relationships.
