Job Title: Information Security Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist to join our risk management team. As an Internal Auditor with expertise in information security, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our organization's controls and identifying areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of our information security controls to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Audit Findings and Reporting: Analyze and report on audit findings, providing recommendations for remediation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining information security.
- Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization's information assets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of information security principles and practices.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
