Chief AI Architect

You will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions to drive innovation and growth in the Media & Entertainment industry.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy to enhance content personalization, automate workflows, and provide immersive experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that fuel business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team of AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Leadership & Team Building:
  • Lead and manage a dynamic team of AI engineers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving results-oriented performance.
  • Define and execute a roadmap for building scalable, high-impact AI solutions that support the company's core business and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership across departments, ensuring seamless integration of AI initiatives with business needs.

Innovation & Strategy:
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, algorithms, and methodologies in the AI space, integrating them into the company's tech stack to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop AI strategies and influence decision-making on product and business development.
  • Promote thought leadership on the application of AI in media and entertainment, positioning the company as a leader in AI-driven innovation.

Cross-Functional Engagement:
  • Work closely with product management, engineering, and business teams to translate complex business problems into effective AI solutions.
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of AI models into products and workflows, from prototype to production.

Qualifications & Experiences:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • 12+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
