Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality across our software products. Your responsibilities will include designing test strategies, developing automation frameworks, and ensuring seamless integration into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

  • Develop and implement test plans, cases, and automation frameworks that align with industry standards.
  • Design and maintain automated test scripts for functional, performance, and security testing to ensure the highest level of quality.
  • Conduct thorough regression, exploratory, and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
  • Create and maintain documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security and industry standards to protect our users' data.
  • Provide actionable test reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for continuous improvement to drive growth and success.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to best practices to foster a culture of excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software testing and automation.
  • Strong expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and performance testing frameworks such as JMeter, LoadRunner.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
