About the Role:

The Rural Business Banking Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in providing financial solutions to meet the working requirements of rural business banking customers. This includes ensuring best-in-class relationship management and customer experience to become their preferred banking partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers for business banking with a detailed understanding of credit assessment.
  • Manage client relationships, delinquency, and portfolio hygiene while minimizing open deferrals and covenants.
  • Develop a superior working relationship with branch banking for cross-leveraging & synergy optimization.
  • Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels and customers.
  • Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to product knowledge by sharing competitor data and positive processes.
  • Support the development of new products for existing and new customer segments.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Build a collaborative work culture between branches, assets teams, and support structures.
  • Grow and nurture a team of Relationship Managers in the region.

Requirements:

This role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification. Graduates from any discipline are eligible to apply.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is ₹30-50 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
