Job Title: Hospitality Liaison

Our organization seeks a skilled and courteous Hospitality Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless experience for our employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere by communicating effectively with employees, guests, and vendors.
  • Ensure all internal calls are answered promptly and inquiries are handled efficiently.
  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and the general public with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage visitor badges and maintain accurate records.
  • Be visible and accessible in the reception area and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Schedule events and meetings, and ensure a smooth execution of these activities.
  • Familiarize yourself with documents, manuals, and standard operating procedures to interact with guests and employees effectively.
  • Promptly respond to changes or new information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide travel assistance and demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of duties and responsibilities.
