Job Title: Hospitality Liaison
Our organization seeks a skilled and courteous Hospitality Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless experience for our employees and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere by communicating effectively with employees, guests, and vendors.
- Ensure all internal calls are answered promptly and inquiries are handled efficiently.
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and the general public with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage visitor badges and maintain accurate records.
- Be visible and accessible in the reception area and provide administrative support as needed.
- Schedule events and meetings, and ensure a smooth execution of these activities.
- Familiarize yourself with documents, manuals, and standard operating procedures to interact with guests and employees effectively.
- Promptly respond to changes or new information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide travel assistance and demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of duties and responsibilities.
