  • Design and Shape Solutions: In this role, you will support outsourcing deal solutions and align pricing strategies with client goals. You will be responsible for driving discussions, contributing to solution ideas, and owning up solution tenets.">
  • Collaborate Across Teams: As a Client Solutions Manager, you will work with cross-functional groups to create unified proposals and support commercial discussions. You will leverage your excellent communication skills to quickly ramp up on solutions and platforms to identify value opportunities and apply reusable assets to improve success rates.">
  • Create Proposal Artifacts: You will prepare key artifacts like executive summaries and business cases, contribute and author key solution sections of the Proposal deliverables. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will enable you to drive results-oriented initiatives.">
  • Engage with Clients and Stakeholders: As a key member of our team, you will participate and deliver presentations in client meetings and understand decision-making processes. You will engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.">

  • 8+ Years of Experience: We are looking for professionals with 8+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, with exposure in industries like Telecommunications, Hitech, Media. Strong experience working on IT Outsourcing, Cost take out, Transformation proposals is required.">
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. You should be able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.">
  • Leadership Capabilities: As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams and driving results. You should have strong leadership capabilities and be able to motivate and inspire your team.">
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical skills are also essential for this role. You should be able to analyze data and information to drive insights and recommendations.">
