The Opportunity:
Our team of over 3,000 consultants serves as trusted advisors, managing long-term relationships with more than 100,000 customers worldwide. They deliver business solutions from pre-sales to post-implementation, helping organizations solve issues, create value, and improve performance in an increasingly digital world.
Your Impact:
- Engage with enterprise architects, business, and IT stakeholders to understand business processes, technology landscapes, and functional requirements for integrated digital solutions.
- Assist in planning and conducting business workshops to elicit and document business and technical requirements for complex digital solutions.
- Understand customer complex requirements, analyze options, and build foolproof architectures and designs.
- Create comprehensive documentation supporting solution implementation and evolution throughout all stages of the SDLC.
- Collaborate with architect/program/project management teams to assist in task planning and assignment for solution implementation, acceptance, and rollout.
- Implement solutions as per proposed designs with utmost quality, working collaboratively with architects/developers/testers.
- Assess the current solution and impact of proposed changes to provide recommendations for release changes and migrations.
- Basic configuration of OpenText xECM components and integration with SAP.
- Analyze and debug complex functional, design, and implementation issues related to the solution and prepare RCA.
- Mentor and guide junior developers within the team with professional and technical advice.
About the Role:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 6-9 years of professional experience in designing medium to complex digital enterprise solutions in the area of xECM for SAP.
- Excellent consulting skills – engagement, articulation, elicitation, and influencing.
- Excellent customer-facing skills – stakeholder management, relationship building, and negotiation – with a strategic focus.
- Software configuration and programming knowledge, e.g., ABAP Programming, Data Dictionary, OOABAP, Fiori & Development RICEF objects.
- Project experience in the SAP environment, SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, SAP Hybris C4C, and/or Salesforce is an additional advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentations skills.
- Willingsness to travel within India and globally.
