As a Technical Leader, you will play a key role in architecting and implementing new product features for our cloud-based software platform. Your expertise in Python and full-stack development will enable you to design APIs and integration patterns, implement security, and develop frameworks for Unit and End-to-End testing.

Our ideal candidate has a passion for leading the design and creation of software that is reliable, scalable, and can be integrated with other software to make an enterprise offering. They must have a strong understanding of micro-services architecture and experience with frameworks like Spring, GRPC, Flask, etc.

In this role, you will lead our team through innovation opportunities and deliver new technical capabilities. You will also mentor other engineers and help us build a sustainable and inclusive organization.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Leader who is able to grasp new technologies and use them effectively to create industrial-strength software. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong collaboration skills, and a bias for action.

This position offers a competitive salary of $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
