Job Opportunity:

eClinical Solutions Business Analyst: Spearhead Clinical Research Optimization

As a seasoned eClinical Solutions Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving process reengineering initiatives to enhance clinical operations workflows and data management efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee end-to-end implementation projects of eClinical Solutions, from planning and execution to monitoring and delivery.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scopes.
  3. Develop comprehensive project plans to drive successful execution.
  4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and partners to facilitate implementation.
  5. Identify opportunities for process optimization and reengineering.
  6. Champion change management efforts to drive user adoption.
  7. Establish effective communication channels to provide regular updates.
  8. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  10. Continuously evaluate the performance of implemented eClinical Solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing technology implementation projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of clinical research processes and regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
