Frontend Engineering Expert Wanted

Seeking a seasoned Front-end Engineer to oversee the UI layer across multiple digital products, with focus on scalable design patterns and consistent user experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement modular front-end codebases that prioritize maintainability, scalability, and responsive design.
  • Develop reusable components and establish a shared design system for unified product consistency.
  • Optimize page performance, load times, and interaction responsiveness through data-driven approaches.
  • Ensure accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Implement efficient state management using suitable libraries or custom techniques.
  • Translate Figma designs into production-ready UI elements, emphasizing attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution.
  • Establish and maintain front-end testing infrastructure—unit, integration, visual, and E2E tests—to ensure high-quality code delivery.
  • Manage front-end build optimization and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment automation.
  • Monitor performance and usability through observability tools and proactively resolve front-end issues.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to align API contracts and enhance integration layers, promoting cohesive product experiences.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and familiarity with modern frameworks such as Next.js.
  • Proficiency in state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
  • Deep understanding of responsive design, CSS techniques (TailwindCSS, SASS, or CSS Modules), and design systems.
  • Experience working with UI libraries, Storybook, and a solid grasp of web performance metrics (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards, ARIA, semantic HTML, and implementation best practices.
  • Exposure to API integration, REST/GraphQL, and network boundary performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools for front-end workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Familiarity with frontend observability tools (e.g., Sentry, Datadog RUM, LogRocket).
  • Understanding of Git workflows, environment-based configuration, and deployment automation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, code debugging ability, and a keen eye for design alignment.
