ISO Program Manager

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of ISO standards from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science, industrial management, or IT and hold Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor credentials. Experience in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 implementations is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit preparation, as well as delivering clear and concise documentation tailored to clients' needs.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or similar field
  • ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor credentials (9001, 14001, 45001)
  • 5–10 years of hands-on ISO and compliance experience
  • Bonus: knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 27001, R2v3, RIOS, or e-Stewards
  • Excellent writing skills (reports, SOPs, client communications)
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projects
  • A self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and modern email tools
